Feed, ratio of preparation, agitation, sterilization are monitored during all course of preparation with dynamic display and live record of production parameter.

1. Body of shell adopts sanitary and asepsis grade design, each nozzle uses draw-treatment to form arc transfer avoiding clean dead angles direct socket weld causes.

Compared with preparation tank for thick solution, it has high temperature when medicine liquid enters into thin preparation tank ,so it can properly reduce heat area and save cost of equipment.

Remarks: Since preparation tanks for thick and thin solution are all mounted in clean workroom, as existence of technical interlayer effects installation height, so magnetic stirrer in the bottom can be adopted .
