Feature of bimetallic radiator:
1. International standard raw material ADC12 Aluminum with good conductivity,high stability, strong anti-friction and anti-erosion.
2. Steel tube is high quality low-carbon steel #Q235.
3. We do internal anti-corrosin treatment on steel tube with high quality anti-corrosion paint #TY3318.
4. Our bimetal raidators from 300-600mm are die casted by 800T die casting machine in one step,from 1000-1800 we adopt the advanced plug-in technology.
5. Three times pressure test at 2.4MPa ensures no leakage.
6. 300-metre international automatic electrophoresis painting line, E-coat imported from Germany BASF, global top level technology.
7. Powder spraying : degreasing and passivation liquid is from Germany Henkel.
8. Hidden water channel prevents children from being hurt.
9. Easy to adjust the element quantity for different room size and temperature request.
10. Thanks to automatic pretreatment procedure and electrophoresis painting line, color on surface is prefect.
