YZQ-70B diesel cylinder pressure test subassembly

1．Uses

YZQ-70B Type Pressure Test kit for diesel cylinder can be used to test maximum pressure produced by compression stroke in cylinder of diesel engine. It can be applied to diesel cars of ISUZU, IVECO, DONGFENG 6130, DONGFENG 6135 and HUANGHE.

2. Operational principle

This type of pressure test kit consists of indicator and measuring part. When it is used to test large diesel cars of DONGFENG 6130, DONGFENG 6135 and HUANGHE etc, compressed gas in cylinder can flow into Bourdon tube of indicator through connector,connecting pipe, adapter, rubber pipe, adapter of valve and main adapter, thus the end of the Bourdon tube is displaced, which drives central gear through connecting rod and segment gear, as a result, the indicating needle rotates to indicate pressure value on the dial plate. In addition, when this type of pressure test kit is used to test diesel cars of ISUZU and IVECO, fasteners and installation nails on the diesel cars shall be used, and it can be flexibly applied according to the operational principle mentioned above.

4. Points for maintenance and attention

1. This type of pressure test kit shall be used underambient temperature of -40℃～+55℃ and relative humidity of not exceeding 90.

2. Working pressure shall not exceed 75% of upper limit of measuring rangeto prong its working life.

3. When it is installed and used, 2-M8 Bolt shall be locked tight to prevent gas leakage.

4. It shall never be impacted when it is being transported and installed.

5. It shall be stored in a dry andwell-ventilated room so that it can be protected against damp.
