Technology Introduction:

SL TEC has collaborated with Tianjian University to establish a distillation engineering technology research center, dedicated to the R&D of sophisticated distillation technology, process control and diagnosis technology. SL team consists of experts and engineering with richful experiences in mechanical design, computer simulation and engineering design, thereby is capable of providing package solutions for chemical separation.

Technical Features:

SL TEC's technical advantages lie in two aspects: 1. the R&D, design of high efficiency packings, internals, column trays and etc 2. the energy efficient new separation technology to reduce the energy consumption and increase the dynamic efficiency., especially in Divided Wall Column(DWC), Multi-effect Distillation, Heat Pump Distillation, Thermo Coupling Distillation and etc. Compared to the traditional separation technologies, the new technologies realize small land coverage, and lower energy consumption, i.e. by 30-40%. SL TEC's purification technology can be applied in the following fields:

1. the expansion and revamping of the normal pressure distillation or vacuum distillation in refinery factory
