Working principle

Dusty gas go into the gas distribution room through the total intake pipe, then into the annular space between the ceramic whirlwind body and flow deflector. Flow deflector makes the gas movement from line to circular motion,most of the rotating gas flow will be in a spiral downward from the cylinder body along the whirlwind body,flows toward to the vertebrae, dusty gas will produce centrifugal force in the rotation process, it will swing the dust particles which is in greater density than the gas to the inner. When the dust particles contact with the inner,it will lose the inertial force and fall into the total ash hopper along the inner wall to the ash discharger by the momentum of inlet velocity and gravity. When the extorting airflow that is rotating declined arrived the bottom of the cone,it will continue to flow st the whirlwind tube axis direction,from bottom to top with the same direction of rotation in spiral status (Cleanning the gas),then go into the exhaust room through ceramic whirlwind boy exhaust pipe, discharged from the total vent discharge, and the total exhaust pipe can be placed in the lateral or the top according to your need.
